Tea Leaf Green

Sharingsome of the style and substance of musical contemporaries My Morning Jacket,Wolfmother, and the Raconteurs, Tea Leaf Green conjures the spirit ofbands like '70s Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and The Grateful Dead, taking classicsounds and giving them a present-day polish. Tea Leaf Green reminds usat every turn just how alluring rock 'n' roll can be, by consistentlydelivering mind bending live performances to their loyal and ever-growing fanbase. Nightly, the band explores the depths of their prodigious songbook, taking everyone along for an exhilarating ride.

In a fewshort years, these road warriors have built a strong following, consistentlyfilling venues across the country and becoming a warmly received, go-to band onthe festival circuit with stand-out performances at Bonnaroo, Wakarusa, 10KLakes, and The Echo Project, among others. The band's chops earned the respectof their contemporaries and they have shared the stage with The Dave MatthewsBand, Trey Anastasio, Gov't Mule, Bruce Hornsby, John Popper, Bob Weir, SeanLennon and many others. Experience Tea Leaf Green for yourself...and enjoy thejourney.

Tea LeafGreen is also thrilled to announce the release of their first studio albumsince 2008. Looking West is set to be released on June 8th and will beavailable on itunes, in the band's online store, and at all their upcomingshows.

"We've been waiting a long time to make this record" says TrevorGarrod, "In a band like ours we have so many songs that we play and lovebut never had a chance to record in the studio. It's almost as if we've lovedthese songs too much and were afraid to encase them forever behind the ironbars of a vacuum sealed, shrink wrapped studio album." Garrod sums up theband's change of attitude with these final thoughts, "We have come torealize that we can only truly set these beloved tunes free by putting them alldown on a record. We are releasing them into the wild. We are casting them outto sea. We are 'Looking West' into the setting sun and launching them intoouter space. These songs are messages in bottles washed up on foreign shores, alien transmissions from distant worlds, memories from our fading youth, andreminders of our endless and repetitious search for love and freedom."

Cornmeal

Formed over 10 years ago, Cornmeal has grown from humblebeginnings into a nationally recognized live music institution. 10 yearstogether is no simple task these days, especially when the last five have seenthe band spending over half the year on the road. Heavily influenced byAmerican roots and folk music, Cornmeal blends lightning fast tempos andimpeccable harmonies into an unrivaled live performance that continues toexpand upon the five-piece acoustic-electric groups’ vast musical repertoire. While steeped in the tradition of the past, Cornmeal continues to forge theirown path, pushing the boundaries of bluegrass, Americana and folk for a wholenew generation of music lovers. With a rapidly growing fan base andever-evolving sound, Cornmeal challenges the recipe of the bluegrass sound andlive performance.

In the beginning of 2010, Cornmeal released their first live album, Live inChicago, IL Vol. I, an album that pays tribute to the fans. For the firstsix years, Cornmeal performed each and every Wednesday in Chicago to small yetloyal crowds. Throughout the winters of 2007-2009, Cornmeal returned to Chicagoto pay homage to that tradition. The album is for the fans as a thank you forall the years of dedication, for believing in Cornmeal, and for creating awonderful community for them to come home to. The album was recorded livethroughout the winter of 2009 at Martyrs’ in Chicago, IL. Unlike Cornmeal’sthree previous albums, Live in Chicago, IL Vol. I captures the band inits raw, intense format, bouncing through song after song of fast paced, fierceoriginals and extensive improvised jams that showcase the immense talent andconnectivity that have gained them so much fan appeal from coast to coast.

While playing a blend of high profile venues, jam-band and bluegrass festivalsto thousands throughout the region, the band has shared the stage with suchhighly acclaimed national acts as THE DAVID GRISMAN QUINTET, JOHN HARTFORD, THEDEL McCOURY BAND, LITTLE FEAT, LEFTOVER SALMON, TONY RICE, YONDER MOUNTAINSTRING BAND, DARK STAR ORCHESTRA, moe, SAM BUSH and UMPHREY'S McGEE.
