To access this condo, park at spot #20 at the Lorian garage, located on your left off of San Joaquin Road. From here, take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Once you step out of the elevator or stairs, take a right and follow the walk path - #20 is located at the very end of the walk path. You will enter the condo into a short hallway/mudroom with hangers for coats etc. This is a 3 level condo and the staircase is located in the hallway. On your right there is a half bath with sink and WC. On the left on the main floor is the kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances as well as a bar with 4 bar stools. Just off the kitchen is a dining table with 8 chairs. There is a gas fireplace in between the dining area and living room. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. There is an entrance to a private deck from here. Going upstairs to the left you will find the master bedroom suite with a california king bed and small twin sleeper sofa, there is also a small TV and an entrance to a private balcony. Going downstairs to the bottom floor you will find a laundry room with washer/dryer on your first right. The second door on your right is a bathroom with a single sink, WC and shower/tub combo, which also accesses to the 2nd bedroom, which has a queen bed. There is a separate entrance to the 2nd bedroom as well, both from the hallway and from the outside. The door straight ahead is to the private indoor hot tub. On your left (separate door from hallway) is the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a single sink, WC and shower/tub combo.
This condo has great mountain views throughout and there is a ski locker located along the walkpath to the elevator. The ski access to the Double Cabin ski run is across San Joaquin Road. There is also an outdoor heated pool for guest use during the summer season.
The Lorian complex is located just across the street from the Double Cabins ski run in the Mountain Village and a short walking distance from the new Mountain Village Market and gondola station.
