Valet Attendant - Greet all guests and owners with a warm welcome and create hospitable environment at Bear Creek Lodge. Assist with handling of luggage, guide or escort guests to units and provide shuttle and equipment services. Click here to apply.
Concierge - Providing a warm welcoming environment to all our guests, owners, vendors, and fellow coworkers. Provides full concierge and front desk services to guests and owners at Bear Creek Lodge. This includes but is not limited to: checking in & out guests, answering phones, computer work, and communicating/booking activities and restaurant reservations related to Telluride/Mountain Village.
Houseperson - Responsible for keeping all common areas of Bear Creek Lodge crisp and clean, assisting housekeeping and front desk teams with various tasks, and responding to guest requests with exceptional customer service.
Assistant General Manager - Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Bear Creek Lodge (BCL). Responsible for the quality and efficiency of operations, facility management, and housekeeping. Will work with GM and Front-End Staff Supervisor on scheduling, hiring, and daily operations. Primarily responsible for the hiring, training, and managing of staff. Responsible for monthly financial audits of expenses and will work with GM and accounting to reconcile same. Will assist the General Manager with labor and expense control.
