Wildflowers & Views

  • Rating: Hard
  • Hours: 7-8 hours round trip
  • Elevation Gain: 3,986 feet

This is one of the hardest trails in Telluride, but also one of the most rewarding. The 14.3-mile trail can be done clockwise from Mill Creek or counter-clockwise from the Jud Wiebe. It offers amazing views of the surrounding vistas. Expect plenty of wildflowers, wildlife and a singletrack trail. The saddle, which is a scree field, can be difficult to maneuver. Be prepared with plenty of water and food for this all-day hike.
