Customized inspection checklist
Schedule all home preventive maintenance and repairs at homeowner request
Coordinate and schedule snow removal, landscaping, housekeeping, Spa Maintenance, etc.
Monthly bill pay
Meet all home deliveries
Delivery of client vehicles for maintenance or airport shuttles
Grocery delivery
*Monthly fee is based on home size and required time commitment.
