This neighborhood Mexican restaurant is not your typical tex-mex joint. Owner Lucas Price uses top-notched, organic ingredients and offers plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. One of the few restaurants in Telluride that stays open year-round, it attracts locals and visitors alike. Breakfast options include huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, migas and a juice bar. For lunch or dinner, typical options include tacos, flautas, posole, burritos, and enchiladas. Entrees come with two sides and all four choices are delicious. Don’t miss the field green salad with house-made lime-cilantro dressing. There is a self-serve tortilla chip bar with several salsa options to start off your meal. For dessert, try one of the handmade organic ice creams. When the weather permits, the patio is open and offers a relaxing place to dine.
