My room was extremely noisy. The people in 106a let their TV blast all evening. We were awake all night. Tuesday night, a different guest i 106a came in at 10:00 pm and we're very loud and obnoxious. Our sleep was disrupted terribly!! Your walls are paper thin. I wouldn't stay at your lodge again if it was free!! Very dissatisfied with your lodge!!

Great affordable lodging near the lists
Great place for the money! Free shuttle was super helpful. Great amenities and so close to lifts and could even snap on your skis and jump on a run outside of the lodge just a short walk away.

The young lady who checked us in was incredible, kind and was always willing to help with little things during our stay. The room was wonderful. The location was perfect. The shuttle drivers were very professional!

I couldn’t be happier with the location, the accommodations, and all of the help I received from the staff during my stay. The distance from the Gondola station & Village market was a beautiful short walk from my room that I looked forward to taking everyday! It felt like a home away from home and I would stay here again 100x!!!

Disappointing
Bear Creek Lodge experience (booked via Alpine Lodging) When we arrived, no one was at the front desk to check us in. After we waited a while, someone who knew very little English showed up and checked us in. When we stepped into our room, we noticed that there was a hallway with a closet that connected to another room. The design allows noise intrusions from the people next to you. We were unintentionally able to hear conversations from the guests next to us. Those are privacy concerns. Then, around midnight on 09/23/22, a group started to party at the ping-pong table. It was so loud no one was able to sleep, and no one stopped them because there is no staff on site at night. We decided this place--and our stay--was so disappointing, we checked out early. I emailed the general manager, Tyler Newman, about the situation and he never even replied back to me.

Unfortunate to read about your poor experience that you had at the Bear Creek Lodge. Sorry that staff was not there to welcome you upon arrival. We are a small boutique operation with staff attending too many different tasks and sometimes they have to step away to take care of those tasks. It is unfortunate that you encountered some noisy neighbors. Bear Creek Lodge advertises staff being on the site from 8a to 10p. However we do have an after hours call center that handles guest questions, requests, and noise complaints after 10pm. Sorry if you were not notified of this service.
