Professionalism and Great Stay
I wanted to share some private feedback about my stay. First, I’d like to highlight the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. Oscar, the Manager, and the entire team truly stood out. The shuttle drivers, Fernando and Jaime, were exceptional — always friendly and reliable. Even the small touches, like the woman who managed the coffee and water station, made the experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. The amenities and cleanliness of the lodge were excellent, and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Overall, the staff and environment are a real gem. That said, a few areas could be improved to elevate the experience: • Noise: The rooms can be a bit noisy from neighboring guests. • Technology: The televisions feel small, outdated, and not fully “smart” equipped — upgrading them would make a big difference. • Climate Control: The in-room climate system could be improved for comfort and ease of use. If these points are addressed, I believe the lodge would easily rise to the very top of the competition. Everything else was fantastic, and I truly appreciated the hospitality during my stay. 30 dollars a night for parking is just a money grab. Should be lower or no parking fee.

The fee helps cover repair and snow removal, which is quite expensive here in Telluride.

Very accommodating, even locating and putting a recliner in the unit for my husband's sleep needs. The shuttle service was great. The shower needs to have grab bars for safety, as the step in is unusually HIGH.

This was a great unit! Very comfortable and included lots of kitchen amenities. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Hot tubs were also wonderful!
