Unexpected surprise
We were very surprised about the room. We didn’t realize it had a microwave and mini fridge which was very handy. The help went of their way to assist us. The ease of getting to our room was perfect as well. We were on the 3rd floor which is where the main entrance of the lobby is. The shuttle was a perfect addition since they took us to different locations that we needed to be at. I highly recommend this lodge.

Great place to stay. When I checked in, Oscar was amazing, friendly and very helpful even with my numerous questions. When I checked out, Maria was great and helpful. She gave me another option to tip housekeeping since I don't carry cash.

I would prefer having 24 hour front desk staff, and there should be 2 staff in the morning and evening. There was no air conditioning and our room did not have a refrigerator, which is a problem since there was no food service at the lodge so we had to go out for breakfast. $30 for daily parking is a bit exorbitant given your location away from town.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important convenience is during your stay. While our lodge does have a parking fee an has remained a longstanding policy, there are alternative options nearby such as the gondola parking garage for $30 per night and Heritage Parking for around $45 per night. We appreciate your thoughts and will certainly take them into consideration as we continue to enhance the guest experience.

Great Mountain Stay
We had a great stay at Bear Creek Lodge for our mini-moon! The prices were much cheaper than anywhere in the town of Telluride and we loved riding the gondola back and forth. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Ignacio was so sweet to bring us a bottle of wine upon check-in to celebrate our new nuptials. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. I espsecially loved the robes and bath products provided. We would definitely stay here again.
