Great Location, Great Service, Horrible WiFI
We loved the location and the service was great. We especially liked the shuttle service and the Finicular! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bad: TV’s from 1998 need to be replaced with up to date versions. The TV is wayyyyy too small for the large living room. You can’t possibly watch TV from the couch without binoculars. The WiFi was absolutely horrible. We had to disconnect and reconnect every five minutes as the connection would fail. I contacted the front desk and they did send a very nice maintenance man who reset the router.. which did no good. Thus, he said he would have to contact Dish to reconfigure. Thus, we basically had no WiFi which was a huge inconvenience as it was a working vacation. I was able to use the conference room for a Zoom call which was very nice and helpful.

This was our first time visiting Telluride We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the place was Very clean and had everything we need for the stay Free shuttle was very convenient and we had no problem go skiing or shopping Only problem we had - internet service Connection was slow and not stable But we survived:) Overall great place to stay

We came here on our honeymoon after camping in Ouray/Silverton. Upon check in, they sent up a bottle of champagne and a warm welcome after letting them know our special occasion. The resort had a perfect location, was quiet, quaint and had amazing views. The pool and hot tubs were also amazing and not crowded compared to the other resorts we saw while riding the gondola. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Overall the best experience we could ask for!

This is a really nice place and I would recommend staying here. It has decent views (pool and mountains). The doors to the balcony do not close properly, it looks like they may have not been installed correctly, but because it is on the third floor, it did not really impact us. It was stocked with all we needed for our time period stay. We were not there much, and it was very comfortable for what was needed. The only complaint we have is when we checked in we asked if the shuttle ran late because of a late concert we were going to and we were told that because of it being a major concert weekend, they would run up to 2 am to match the schedule, but that was not the case and we ended up walking back to the condo from the gondola about 12:30 pm, it was cold and had rained. Luckily it wasn’t that long of a walk, up hill about 20-30 minutes.. I would stay here again, just wish things weren’t so expensive..

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and wonderful review! I'm glad you found the accommodations to be comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for letting us know about the patio doors and we will make sure our maintenance team is aware. I am so sorry about any miscommunication on the shuttle hours during the festival. We were only able to run the shuttle until 2am the first night and then our regular hours on Saturday and Sunday. I will make sure for future festivals and events everyone is aware of the hours for the event. Thank you for your feedback and I am so happy to hear that you had an amazing stay and time. We hope to see you again next year for Blues and Brews!
