Will be back!
Beautiful location and super convenient to take the gondola down to telluride. People at front desk were always friendly and helpful. The pool area and outdoor grill were an added bonus. We had a wonderful time here and will plan to come back.

Mr
Wonderful property in an amazing mountain setting. Would rent again. It would have been helpful to have a comfortable chair in the lockout room.

Fall review
Our first unit was a disappointment. Room had no place to sit other than on the bed. The bed apparently had a broken support which made a terrible noise with every movement. We asked to change units after the first night and Tyler was very helpful and accommodating. Our second unit (an upgrade) was very nice. On any return trips we will book a similar unit.

- Anonymous U , Posted: 10/4/2024

Thank you for sharing your experience. While your first unit wasn’t ideal, we’re so glad Tyler was able to assist in finding a more suitable option. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the upgraded unit and plan to book something similar on future visits. We look forward to welcoming you back to Bear Creek Lodge!

Beautiful Bear Creek Lodge
Bear Creek Lodge was amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating; they made us feel like we were part of the Telluride community. The free shuttle provided ease of mobility and access to Telluride and Mountain Village. The scenery was beautiful! The rooms were clean and comfortable; filled with warmth. Bear Creek Lodge is my choice for a Telluride stay; I will be back with more of my family. Thank you to all the staff at Bear Creek Lodge. Dee Thomas.

Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. After checking out, we discovered our vehicle had a flat tire and Telluride staff was quick to help us. A huge thanks to Apache, who fixed our tire and saved the day! We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful!
Overall this place was great. If you think you might die from altitude sickness then ask for a ground level room unlike myself who was about to kill over from climbing all the stairs. Considering how much you pay just know that you will also have to pay to park overnight there (25 a DAY)... and there is minimal parking so get there early. This place is super close to the free gondola parking area but you also have to pay for overnight parking there FYI. Out of all the places I've stayed this was the nicest. I never made it down to the pool or hot tub so I can't say much about that but they looked nice and they cover them when not in use so I bet the water is pristine. They also have a free shuttle to places.
