Wonderful visit, the condo was comfortable and clean. We were part of a large wedding group and the resort was a great meeting place. . Management was very helpful, Logan was super friendly, ready to run was to the gondola day and night.

Mountain bikers paradise with easy trail and gondola access. Beautiful view from the balcony.
Cleanliness of the condo was not great. The kitchen table was dirty, the dishes in the dishwasher were not put away. The linens were not fresh; one of the bedrooms had hair in the sheets and you could tell the pillow cases had not been washed by their smell. The condo could have used games to stay entertained. The internet was spotty at times. Check in was good but lack of communication of where to park was not expressed, we did not know we could have used the garage to park in until we left. The staff was always friendly and very prompt with the shuttle service to and from the gondola.

Beautiful condo
We came to Telluride for a planning retreat. Condo was beautiful and their service to and from the gondola was perfect. This made the location accessible to everything.

Perfect family get-away
This condo and the Bear Creek facility was perfect for our holiday vacation. Since dining in was not an option, we found everything we needed at The Market, and planned our stay “in”. Fortunately, the condo had everything we needed to prep the meals, serve a family meal around the table and store our left-overs for the next day!The large TV above the fireplace created a gathering place and the swiveling chairs made everyone feel a part of what was happening in the kitchen as well.The bedrooms were complete with humidifiers and comfortable bedding. The “bunk room” upstairs provided the perfect area for kids to gather away from the adults, and the master offered a place to do some work and “get away” from the hustle and bustle of the crew as well. Honestly, between the condo and the staff at Bear Creek, we lacked for nothing and had a wonderful and much needed get-away! The workout facility and the hot tubs were a bonus...as was the massage in house. .. the perfect ending to a good ski day and a long year!

Lovely Lodge
Lodge staff were always friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the maintenance staff they clearly have the guests in mind with terrific service. The shuttle to the village was running constantly, and such a super service if you choose not to walk. However, there is a beautiful trail through the woods and a short walk to the gondola. Wednesday night happy hour was very fun. The Lodge is family friendly. They also welcome behaved dogs if all sizes. Pretty amazing g for such a beautiful property. Pool and hot tubs are well maintained, pool area is clean and pretty with flowers, and lots of seating and large towels. Lots of parking is available which is good because most people park and take the gondola everywhere. Coffee, teas and water always available in the lobby. Elevator for easy access to your condo.

We agree, with parking at a premium in Mountain Village, being able to use the Bear Creek Lodge Shuttle instead of driving is a huge plus.
