Perfect place in Telluride
This place is awesome!! Will be my new place when I come visit. Affordable, 30 second walk to lift, clean, heart of Telluride bars and places to eat, staff was friendly, and I didn’t realize before getting there, but they serve breakfast Friday-Sunday and it is delicious. They also have snacks out in the common area with a fire place. Overall great spot and happy to spend a week there. The innkeepers were super helpful and friendly and made you feel at home.

Only Positives!
Positive: Perfect location at the base of the mountain. Steps away from the gondola, hiking trails and Main Street. Cozy, clean spacious room. Handmade breakfast every day. Negative: I have nothing bad to say. We loved the property!

Nice accommodations (good value for the money overall), in an excellent location right along the San Miguel River in Telluride. NIce porch/deck on front of the building. Included breakfast was nice. However, room decor and furnishings feel dated. Mold in the shower area. Cooktop stove did not turn on.

Kaylee went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. After finding out my traveling friend was celebrating a birthday, a vase of flowers, card and a little chocolate were in our room. So nice. She is a true asset to your company.

We were happy with location and amenities. Everything worked properly, the hot tub and common area were nice. Games were a plus, and we don’t watch tv while on vacation so we did not miss it. Check in was easy, and if we needed anything, it was a phone call away. The humidifier was a nice touch since we are from the east coast and it is very dry to us! Only downside is that it’s a dated complex. Overall, we enjoyed and would go back.

Love the location and the intimacy of the lodge!
Love the location and the intimacy of the lodge. It was comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Only issue was the people upstairs being loud but we where at the Bluegrass Festival and staying downstairs has its ups and down. Loved it!!!

Simple, clean, great location
This condo was as advertised. And the telluride lodging staff was very helpful and nice. The condo is not glamorous but certainly adequate, clean and in a very good location.

Phenomenal place to hang after skiing all day...close to night life, shops and scenic views
Wanted to change rooms prior to arriving and worked with Lisa and Liza (with a Z) on this and both were very helpful and friendly. The pre-call while we were in route to check our status and verify if we had everything was great customer service, as we were driving at that time coming over the pass (bringing a storm with us) was comforting. Accommodation's, location, parking and access was all very easy! Beautiful scenic area of the Manitou Lodge by the creek...HUGE win! Thanks again and we will be back!

We think it's the best
We love staying at the Manitou. It's proximity to the center of town and various events is perfect. It sits right on the river and the sound of rushing water is there to lull you to sleep. We enjoyed meeting and talking with Phil who ran the breakfast room. The only issue we had is the freezer hasn't been defrosted all summer. (We mentioned this when we stayed in June and it was still not defrosted when we stayed in September.). Thus, the freezer was unuseable. Even so, we highly recommend the Lodge.

Great placer
Never stayed here before despite being to Telluride many many times. Pleasantly surprised. Great location for the placed I go to in town to eat and drink. Room was very clean, nice, staff was exceptional.
