Favorite place in Colorado
This is my third time staying at this Airbnb. It is truly my favorite spot and Telluride and possibly even Colorado. Very peaceful private. I can’t wait to return.!

Excellent Stay in the Manitou Lodge!
We loved our stay at the Manitou Lodge and loved the location right on the river and close walking distance to the gondola along with all in town restaurants and shops! Beautiful views from the balcony! We will certainly return in the future!

Hidden Gem River Side
This is my 3rd time in the rental and I’m a huge fan of always staying here when I’m Telluride. It is peaceful, easy to check in and out, spacious and very clean! It is a hidden, authentic gem and I will always stay here when in town.

Disappointing
Overpriced and very disappointing. No management on property until 3:45 pm and couldn't check-in until exactly 4:00. Room outdated and has had heavy use. Tiny sleeping loft and tiny bathroom. TV channels very limited. Need city permit to park (across the creek) and spaces are hard to get. All in all, not satisfactory and way over-priced.

Manitou Lodge - Telluride
Kaylee at the Manitou Lodge in Telluride made our stay special. She was quick to respond to our requests and needs, kept the place neat and orderly, and did a great job. We would highly recommend the Manitou and hope that Kaylee continues as the Innkeeper!

Manitou Lodge
Total satisfaction with room, TV situation, morning breakfast and early coffee. Thanks to Retta Mallard for her cheerful greeting each morning and locating and sending our IPad which was left behind due to flight time changes and quick departure to airport. Our first visit to Manitou Lodge was September of 1974 with interview and photos with Leni Riefenstahl during the First Telluride Film Festival. Thanks again. Phil and Gerry Borgeson Denver CO

Comfortable condo in a great location.
Positives: convenient location, short walk/ski to gondola, and very close to town. Comfy, clean accommodations. Negatives: condo had a cat box smell, hot tub was out of service for my visit, door to my condo auto changed its combo around 0930 on my departure date. Luckily I had already removed all my things from the condo. Nobody was available at the office to address the door lock situation, so I just left.

Great space and views
This was my first time in Telluride and this room helped make the trip better. 2 story room with the bedroom on top like a mini loft. The balconies, on both floors, open up to the river passing by and a little trail to take. Also right in town, a block from the gondola.

Meets All My Needs
This is the third consecutive year in which I've stayed at the Manitou Lodge. I continue to find the Lodge to perfectly meet what I require for my stay in Telluride. It is well located, it is comfortable, there is a hot tub, there is breakfast, and it is affordable. I have stayed at other lodges, condos, and inns when I've visited but I've been particularly satisfied with the Manitou.

First time visit
This room was perfect for our stay...great view, walking distance to most places in Telluride. The host at the lodge was friendly, as was everyone in Telluride. This is also the most pet friendly town I have ever been to. The ""Galloping Goose"" is a convenient and free bus that helps traversing the town. The only downside was parking, it was confusing and very limited but once parked did not have to use the car for the rest of the visit.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect...close to everything yet very peaceful. The Tempur-Pedic bed was a nice surprise. The girl at Alpine Lodging was super friendly and helpful! It was rather expensive but that's to be expected during a festival.

August in Telluride at the Manitou Lodge
Traveled to Telluride with my husband and adult son for our daughter's wedding. The split-level layout allowed for privacy for all. Wasn't in the room long enough to take advantage of the balconies, but enjoyed being able to poke my head out to check on the weather and to listen to the river as it made its way. Short walk to the free gondola and sites. The only minus was the queen bed was a tad too firm for my tastes so I will bring/grab an extra blanket to use as padding next time. The common kitchen/lounge had plenty of light breakfast items and nice sitting options inside and out. I wish we could have spent more time in town. Will definitely make this my first choice for a return visit.

Very comfortable
Everything was wonderful and we had a great experience staying at the Manitou Lodge. The hot tub was a great touch. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we need. We were unaware that breakfast would not be served during our stay.

Close to skiing
Queen(?) bed fills loft. No room to move in loft. Hot tub was broken. Kitchen was nice. Bed was comfortable. Radiant heat left something to be desired

overall the facility was nicely located and quaint.
a few problems that should be addressed for future guests:-address the mold issue on the bathroom walls/ceiling.-correct the leaking sink in the bathroom.-the studio/room was to be for up to four people, but pillows for two. Unfortunately our daughter had to cancel at the last minute, so additional bedding was not required.
