This three-bedroom Mountainside Inn unit has multiple decks and a private hot tub overlooking the river plus a ski-in location, making it great for groups!
Bedding: Queen bed, queen bed, twin bunk, king bed, queen sofa sleeper.
Guest enter this first-floor condo from the courtyard of the Mountainside Inn. Upon entering, there is a small storage entry hall before the home opens up into the living space. The open living room features plenty of windows to view the San Miguel River, as well as a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and queen sofa sleeper. There is also access to the large private deck with a private hot tub from this area.
This space is open to the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen has newer updated appliances with plenty of space to cook. The dining room, which is also open to this space, has additional seating for six and also has access to a large private deck. The hot tub is completely private and offers great views of the San Miguel River.
To the right of the entry is the first bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV and a small riverside deck. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is attached. The second bedroom is located off of the dining area and it features a queen bed, a twin bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a stall shower with stack-able private laundry.
Spiral stairs lead up to the third bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, private deck and bathroom. The bathroom is spacious and has a double sink and a jetted tub/ shower combination. This bedroom shares the living room's skylights and is partially open to the living space below (no door).
Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn. There is limited, first come, first served parking for a nightly fee. We encourage you to consider a local shuttle option in favor of renting a car. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.
The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.
This room is NOT pet-friendly and any unregistered dog will incur a substantial fee. Please select a dog-friendly room if you plan on bringing a pet.

Great value and privacy

Perfect location

3 bed apartment was perfect for a large family
My family enjoyed being able to spread out in the 3 bedroom apartment. They also like the direct views of the river and the large deck with hot tub. Excellent in every way
Perfect stay. Excellent location within seconds from chair seven or a beautiful 5 minute walk to gondola. Place was awesome appointed in every way. Management was in every way accommodating. You can spend thousands more dollars elsewhere in tow or village - but why if you receive everything what those places provide at the Mountainside. Amazing Stay
We loved staying at the Mountainside Inn #101 in Telluride. It was surrounded by beautiful mountain and the river ran right off our deck. Policies
25% of the total is due at time of booking (non-refundable). Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival all reservations are non-refundable and due in full.
Alpine Lodging Telluride enforces the following policies:
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Late Arrival: After hours arrival information and an after-hours emergency phone number is included in your reservation confirmation or pre-arrival email.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Refunds: No partial refunds will be made for early departures.
Card on File: A valid credit card must be submitted prior to check-in. Any damages incurred during your stay that require additional cleaning or repair expenses will be charged to the credit card on file. The amount charged is at the sole discretion of Alpine Lodging Telluride or its subsidiaries.
Smoking: All properties are NON-SMOKING. If any member of your party smokes in the unit, interior hallway, deck or patio, a $250 penalty and additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Management: While your reservation with Alpine Lodging Telluride is confirmed and guaranteed, we simply manage the property you are renting. If for any reason the property becomes unusable, we will do our utmost to find a comparable property, at the same cost. If we are unable to do that, we will provide a full refund.
Pets: Dogs are allowed only in designated properties, and limited to two (2). Management reserves the right to evict any guest whose dog is deemed a nuisance; in the event of an eviction, no fees will be refunded. Dogs must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. Any evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine plus any additional cleaning, damages, and HOA Fines. Pet fees apply and vary depending on the property.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping services may be arranged in advance through the front desk team, for a fee.
Housewares: Bedding and towels are provided with your rental. For properties with kitchens, cookware, utensils and dishes are provided.
Hot Tubs: Hot tubs may have limited hours or be shut down during the spring and fall off-seasons.
Age Restriction: The minimum age of the primary renter is 21.
Travel Insurance: We offer comprehensive travel insurance options on all of our reservations. This is optional. Insurance can be added at booking or until we charge your final lodging deposit. If you choose to add it at booking but change your mind, you have up to 10 days from the booking date to cancel the insurance at no cost. For more detailed coverage information or for specific coverage questions, please contact Generali travel insurance at 866-999-4018.
