Clean and Friendly stay in Telluride
Very sweet Inn right on the river path with convenient access to towna and the Gondola up to the Village. In town for the yoga festival and felt this was a good value for the budget. Room was clean and staff was friendly, would definitely stay again!

Great deal in Telluride
Great location for telluride . right on the walking path along the creek a few minutes from the gondola. Best deal we found in telluride proper, a more basic room but very clean and the location was outstanding. we kept our windows open to hear the creek flow all night. would stay here again for sure

Great stay, wonderful staff!
I didn't have reservations, but Stevie was able to find a room to suit my needs. I took a walk and quickly decided to stay a second night. The room I initially had was booked for the second night, so Stevie did her magic and found me a similar room with a river view for two nights. She was super helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at MSI quite a few times in the past. I used to be able to book directly with the inn and not pay meaningless resort fee! Also, there is no way those rooms are worth upwards of $500/night!!! Horrible mattress that is the same as all the years I’ve been there. Also, beds are small. The cost of a room like that is really a reason I probably will not be back to Telluride, even though I’ve been there 10 times and it is beautiful. $3090 for six nights at MSI is just rediculous.

Great location, great price!
We had a great stay at Mountainside Inn. Riverside view was great and loved the sound of the water! Staff helped answer questions on late check-in and the process was smooth. We could walk to everything from this location and what was key was the grocery store near by. We will stay again!

Affordable Lodging with a great location.
As budget friendly as it gets in Telluride with an excellent location. Parking was a bit rough and after hours check in process was not explained well. We did get it figured out with the after hours guest service rep who gave us the lock box code and directed us to the public parking as hotel parking was full. Rooms were pretty small, very clean but dated. Sheets and carpet were worn. Humidifier in room quit. Went to the front desk and got another and was given another broken one. Never offered another so gave up on it. Overall would stay here again when trying to stay on the affordable side in an incredibly expensive lodging town as cleanliness is key.

Another successful Telluride Balloon Rally
I'm a participant in the annual Telluride Balloon Rally and am so thankful that I found the Mountainside Inn many years ago. I stay each year and with the friendly staff, convenient location and excellent accommodations, I'll be returning each and every time I return to Telluride. Thank you all for another wonderful stay!

Ok but not great.
A bit dated and the stairs had not been vacuumed the whole time we were there. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the location was great. We were surprised we didn't get maid service -- not even clean towels -- since we were there two nights. Also there we're two bars of soap but no other amentities -- shampoo etc. we stay in a ton of places both dog friendly and not and this was just adequate. The location is really the best thing about this hotel by far.

Concerning our housekeeping policy, we provide a midweek clean if guests stay 5 days or more but try to make sure guests understand that if they need anything and housekeeping is not scheduled, to let us know and we will gladly provide for their need. It is on our literature that we give them as well. The buildings should be vacuumed everyday and this will be discussed with our Supervisor. Sincerely, Heather White, Manager

Perfect location to town!!
The room was hot. Poor lighting. Shower drain cover came off and hurt my foot.
