Great Location, Great Place
We stayed in a one-bedroom efficiency. The room was clean, well appointed, and located in an excellent spot for skiing and the downtown area. We were able to ski directly to the back door of the building we were staying in. The place had two large, clean, and warm hot tubs. There was also a grilling area along with a nice place to hang out and talk. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back when we visit Telluride in the future.

Mountain Side Inn
I agree with previous reviews that the kitchen is not well stocked at all. There were also small black bugs in the unit that we encountered daily, including in our beds. On the flip side, the staff were great and responded to our requests timely.

We loved staying at the Mountainside Inn. The location was perfect - short walk to the gondola to go skiing and short walk to all the restaurants in town. Having the kitchen was great but it was only stocked with the bare minimum of items - one lopsided pan for cooking on the stove, no baking sheet to heat anything up in the oven. And I was disappointed that there were no housekeeping services. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable but the sofa bed was not usable - way too uncomfortable. My daughter and her boyfriend were forced to sleep on the cots. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

This is a typical condo with older furniture. It was clean. There were no musty/moldy, old rug smells. The pull-out couch and toaster were broken but the front desk staff promptly brought up 2 rollaway beds and a new toaster. A few extra kitchen things such as pot holders, coffee filters, cheese grater would have been nice. The pots/pans, dishes and silverware were fine.

The kitchen is not well stocked....seriously. As for the age of cabinets they looked like they were the original one...and had never been cleaned. Its like you don't care...how could you have a property in such a premier location in the world...and not take care of it better. I really don't get it. In addition the floor was not clean...I spilled something and had to wipe it up...and the cloth came black

Great location for small family to have easy access to town and ski in/out and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Wife and I have several really positive experiences at Mountainside and this stay was one of the best. We hiked over 50 miles in the spectacular mountains of Telluride and coming back to 313 was relaxing. When we were too tired, the kitchenette was great for fixing our own meals. Bed was comfortable, great hearing system and the new remodel with wood floors was a nice improvement. Still wish the shower was bigger but plenty of hot water. We appreciate the policy of limited housekeeping to reduce environmental footprint. Also the recycle bin at the entrances. And we knew we could secure more towels if needed. We did have problems with living room television but it was a cable company issue. Rodrigo, the maintenance guy for the facility was great! He was polite, knowledgeable and personable, He worked above and beyond to resolve the problem. Even though we had little to watch Rodrigo is a great asset to the facility. His customer service is excellent. Please give him our feedback. I know Mountainside isn’t a posh place that some visiting Telluride want but it’sa place for us that makes us feel at home. Thanks again for helping us have a great stay in Telluride.
