Amazing Staff
The staff was working wonders. The fire alarm system was being checked through out the week for annual certifications, and the front desk warriors handled it flawlessly. We were moved to another room so we could still have a peaceful stay. We could not have been happier with our stay.

At first I was worried that the atmosphere at Mountainside would be rowdy, sort of a party crowd, but that was so gratefully not the case!! Everyone was very respectful, the staff was very helpful getting me settled and oriented to the town (restaurants, resources, directions, how to work the complicated TV......it was Super Bowl day when I checked in!). Loved that it was so closed to town but not in the middle of either the town or ski traffic. I'll be back!!!

Mountainside Inn Stay
Very lovely stay! It was my first time in telluride and the staff made you feel welcomed. Most of the tips I received about views and nice spots to go in telluride were told from the staff! Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Telluride wedding guests
Check in was easy, accommodation for mtn side room was granted. Quiet property, clean, hot water, close to creek path, pet friendly! Friends stayed in Mtn Village and our stay was more affordable and so much more to do in town!

Steevi was incredible to work with. We had a mix-up with our booking due to shady practices by stayforlong.com There was no room for us even though stayforlong.com had sent me a confirmation. Steevi stayed late and worked with a manager to ensure we still found a place for the night. She was warm, personable, and such a huge help. She turned what could have been a major problem for us given how late it was into a pleasant experience. I want to give a huge shoutout to Steevi.

Room 411 is run down and dirty. There were 2 indoor/outdoor mats that had not been vacuumed in months. The pullout twin bed was stained on all sides on the cushions. The walls and floors were dirty. I found a granola bar wrapper from previous guests when I pulled out the twin bed. The hallway and building in general is in need of an overhaul. I was really disappointed in this Inn and I won’t be returning.

Room to small, bed uncomfortable & room to hot w/the only window ineffective in cooling room down. The ground floor location was good.

Floors were dirty. Only 2 pillows (one hard and one soft). My wife got the soft one and I had to "deal" with the hard one. Mattress bouncy and hard on my back. Otherwise, things were clean and the TV "modern".

Clean, cute and convenient!
Super cute, affordable and clean space! We had plenty of room and the location is so convenient for literally anything and everything we wanted to do in Telluride. We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing!!
Loved this place was well worth the money only complaints we had was the bed was uncomfortable and check in time took longer then expected will definitely come agian and stay this was our first time to Telluride and we loved all most everything

Great location
I've stayed at Mountainside many time because I love the location and it is such a great deal! I was able to walk to everything. I had to do some work from the room and the wifi worked well and I loved to looking at the mountain while I worked.

Convenient spot at good price
Like the location and price of this spot. Wish they had outdoor seating areas to enhance the experience but overall great place.

Hostel quality
Shower was cold, dogs barking in rooms, no blanket on bed, staff very unfriendly.Only benefit is it was clean.
