This was a great place to stay for the weekend! The staff was very responsive and helpful, the room was convenient for what we needed, and the location is a short walk to restaurants. We would stay here again!

412 Mountainside
Could have used a mattress/pillow update. Ours was hard and noisy. Even a mattress in a box would have been better. Otherwise had a great time.

Mountainside Inn
Great location. Room is fresh, clean and remodeled however quality/comfort of the bed is poor. Very small room but this is one of the more affordable places to stay in town.

We've stayed at Mountainside Inn many times. Unit 412 is probably the most nicely decorated unit we've ever stayed in. This unit works for a couple; it has a queen bed and a sofabed, but use of the sofa bed would really make the space very tight. The kitchenette with 2-burner cooktop, microwave, undercounter fridge, coffee maker & toaster makes simple meals possible. Wifi worked great. Parking is very limited, but you can use your parking permit in the public lot just behind the Inn. And of course, the location is super--just a couple hundred feet to chairlift 7; 10-minute walk to gondola. Grocery store is a very short walk; liquor & wine store is around the corner. Only negative this stay: The floor in the Unit could have been cleaner--needed a thorough vacuuming.

Very nice location, clean, nicely remodeled unit (unlike others we glanced into) The gondola is just a 10 min walk along the river! -BUT - this is a very small room - It was NOT a queen bed as stated- it was a DOUBLE and the pull out was a double - both not comfortable --at all. Two people - short time -great! (younger also helps) --4 people would be just walking on top on one another --this room is probably close to 1/2-3/4 the size of a normal hotel room.

Good stay for the Price during christmas
Nothing fancy but a good little unit that fits 2 people. Helpful staff and close proximity to the town. Parking is good if you get lucky or there early.

Dog-Friendly Hotel
The Mountainside Inn in Telluride, CO is a cozy hotel located a pleasant five minute walk on the river side trail from downtown. We brought our dogs with us, so it was important to find a hotel that would accommodate them. This hotel was more than gracious, and even provides bags and a trash can designated for dog waste. The room itself was cozy, with a couch (that pulls out into a queen size bed - very comfortable mattress, too) and a kitchenette in addition to the regular queen size bed. A very large picture window let's in sunlight and fresh air if you desire. All in all, a great place to stay!

Mountainside Inn
Dogs incessantly barked our entire stay. We called management but never got a call back, and ended up booking a different hotel for our second night (still having to pay for our empty room at the Mountainside Inn).
