Great Stay
Lots of great features to this property: Great views, quiet location, close to town gondola (5 min walk), close to grocery store and multiple restaurants. Ski rental nearby at gondola. Nearby hiking trails in the summer. Condo was in good condition and clean as expected. Met all our expectations and would stay again.

one of the Best Views in town
This place has one of the best views in Telluride, 2 bedroom and 2 bath worked great. Easy walking distance to downtown and trails in the are. The Steam Shower was the best thing every,

Agree that the view from the deck and living room may be the best in Telluried
Perfect location. Great view. We did not visit during ski season, but it would be easy walk to lifts or gondola in season. Everything needed is in walking distance. Condo is perfectly maintained.

Great place
Best place we've stayed at in 9 years of visiting Telluride. Beautiful view of beaver pond and mountains. Easy access from parking lot. No stairs, inside or outside. The only issue we had was with Internet access. Connected to wifi ok but the Internet would drop frequently. Disconnect/reconnect would fix the issue.

Nice unit. Loved the location although plumbing and dishwasher in unit need some attention.

Awesome view and location, slightly dated unit
The highlight of this unit is the beautiful view overlooking beaver pond. We spent a lot of time on the relaxing balcony. The location is perfect, right next to town and yet feels very secluded. The unit is spacious and the fireplace was super cozy. The decor is quirky which I didn’t mind, but definitely felt a little old and dated. As other reviewers mentioned, carpets are definitely looking a little dingy, pillows are fully deflated, etc. Also, it was great to have washer, dryer and the kitchen was stocked with all appliances and even some spices. However, no oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar or coffee, these are basics that short term rents usually provide but we had to get our own, and some appliances were either very old and not working great (blow dryer) or straight up broken and not working at all (blender). As far as WiFi, we were working remotely and the WiFi was definitely struggling for 2 of us to do video calls all day , but should be absolutely fine for an average user to surf and stream (at least from the living room). Alpine lodging was very responsive and helpful, trying to find a solution to get us better internet. All in all, the unit could definitely use a little spruce up, but we still loved the stay and were glad we came!

Thank you for the note about the pillows, it is noted for our off-season tasks. We regret the lack of some kitchen items, but due to Covid-19, there are certain restrictions we must follow and that includes removing commonly used kitchen items such as those you mentioned. We are very careful to protect the health of our guests and staff. We regret the inconvenience with the internet, and we are getting close to a resolution. Thank you for your patience. A great location and nice condo.
A great location and nice condo. More expensive than our friend's larger house rented through you. We were presenters at the Mushroom Festival and wondered if there was a discounted rate for folks associated with the festival.

Great views
Condo had great views. Nice fire place.We’ve rented this condo for the last 4 years and each year we’ve noticed that the condition has gotten progressively worse each year.Condo needs general upkeep. Window in master bedroom could not be opened due to broken window crank. Carpets throughout condo were frayed, old and stained. Pillows were old and flat.Sliding glass door is misaligned.Furniture needs updating. Hallway closet was filled with cleaning tools, such as wash bucket, vacuum cleaner, etc. so there was inadequate space to hang coats. Ski lockers outdated and don’t fit newer style skis. Bathrooms were old, dingy and moldy looking. For example, we’ve rented this same condo for the past 4 years and the same bathroom thro rugs are still there and look old and dirty. Shower area in both bathrooms need upkeep. TV installation wiring in master bedroom was a rats nest and did not work till we checked and reconnected connections.I could go on, but I think you get the idea.
