Guests enter this condo from a flight of exterior stairs and are welcomed into an ample and sunny living space, complete with a flatscreen smart TV and pullout sofa sleeper. This is a great area to relax and socialize after a full day of activities. The adjoining kitchen has a dining room table for 4, oven with a 4 burner stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker (coffee/k cups not provided), Ninja blender, plenty of cabinet space, as well as all the silverware and utensils you may need. This unit does not contain a dishwasher.

The cozy bedroom is located directly off the living room, complete with a queen bed, full length mirror and closet.

The full bathroom has a tub and shower.

Parking and access to the unit are in the alley near Baked in Telluride restaurant. One permitted, uncovered, tandem parking space is included. Please note that you may be required to move your vehicle during your stay in order to accommodate users of the tandem parking spot.
