Overall score of 4 is based on the following: the place is in a perfect location- grocery store, town, restaurants and gondola- easy access. In addition, response time to additional fans and propane was good. We are providing a score of 2 for cleanliness due to the condition of the kitchen dishes, storage and pans. The dishes, utensils and flatware had dried food on them. We used 2 frying pans which we needed to scrub repeatedly with bar keepers friend and soap to remove the black tarry looking stuff on them before using. The beds were clean and comfortable. The office support was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. A few recommendations- add a portable air conditioner or add fans, oversee the cleaning staff specifically the kitchen area. It was very disappointing to pay a cleaning fee and then have to spend 2 hours cleaning. The pans were the worst- bar keepers friend is pretty good but in this case I had to ask my husband to finish scrubbing the pans and, he with his strength worked at it for 30 minutes. Not a good way to start the vacation especially after paying a cleaning fee. We left the kitchen much cleaner.

Great Unit
The condo was very nice - well furnished, super spacious, equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub is not too far from the condo, but we didn't use it during the stay, it looked nice though. Check-in process was great overall especially considering the event going. My one suggestion: like most properties built 20-30 years ago, they don't have AC, and global warming is real. This unit was pretty nice in that the master bedroom was on the bottom floor / basement, which made it quite a bit cooler, but the living room was hot even during the evenings when it was cooler outside. It would be worth adding a portable AC to the unit to improve the summertime comfort.

Perfect Location for Our Ski Trip
This unit was great for our family ski trip. Very well furnished and clean and close to the chairlift for ski access. Check in/check out was easy. We would return again.
